I firmly believe that if you want to lose weight it has to be done from a stance of deep respect for your body and your mental health.

Once I believed that being in my dream shape was equal to happiness.
I thought that if I could only manage to lose those kilos I would finally be happy and could go on to realize all the dreams and visions I had for my life. But somehow I never managed to stick to any diet long enough, I always ended up over-eating and then trying to compensate with eating even less and exercising too much.
I started hating what I saw in the mirror and realised that I was constantly thinking about food and exercising. I couldn’t even enjoy eating out with my friends anymore.
But then I decided to put into practice every I had learned about the human psychology and chose to put my mental health first.
Now I know there is a place where you can take care of your health but not obsess over your weight and shape. A place where food brings you joy and fuels your life and where binge eating and constant restriction don’t exist anymore.
Today, I dedicate my life to showing others how to rebuild a healthy relationship with food and with their body.
